The first edition of Gastronomy 2011 takes place on November 7 & 8 in De Jaarbeurs in Utrecht (The Netherlands).
A targeted trade fair for the middle-and high segment of the hospitality industry. No mass fair for 50,000 visitors, but a targeted trade fair where selected high-quality products and services come together and are presented to the visitor.
