DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS:
What are the delivery times?
With the exception of the GlassY products, orders are delivered within one week in The Netherlands and between 1 to 2 weeks within the rest of Europe.
For orders outside Europe, please contact us.
Supply of GlassY products are always determined in consultation with the customer.
What are the shipping costs?
Transport within The Netherlands and Europe is mostly provided by DHL or DPD.
The shipping costs may vary based on the size of the order. Please see your order form for the exact amounts.
For deliveries to other countries, please contact us.
PAYMENT METHODS & ORDER CONFIRMATION:
How can I pay?
We use the most modern, trustworthy and secure payment system: PayPal. Paypal accepts several payment methods, including credit cards.
The payment information that your enter to perform the actual payment are completely secure and cannot be read or retrieved by Exceptionel.
After a successful processing of your payment, your order shows directly in our system which allows us to prepare it for shipment.
You will recognize the secure website of PayPal thanks to their logo.
Do I receive an order confirmation?
Each order is confirmed by email. It is therefore important that the email address you give is correct! The order confirmation by email is not a payment confirmation, but only confirms that your order has been received.
Exceptionel reserves the right to refuse orders and/or to request additional information.

How do the warranties work?
Keep your purchase order and invoice or receipt.

PRESS ART LEMON SQUEEZER:
How is the quality of the Press Art lemon press?
The Press Art lemon press is made of copolyester and does not contain any Bisphénol A (BPA)! It is extremely strong and has a high resistance against the acidity of the lemon, the chemicals and hot temperatures of industrial dishwashers (120°). It complies with international norms and standards.
How can the Press Art lemon press be engraved?
Each Press Art lemon press can be engraved by laser technique with your (company) logo or name, or the name of an event. Minimum quantity is 48 pieces. Please contact us for further information.
SR PRODUCTS:
How is the quality of the SR products?
The SR products are made of polycarbonate and the “plateau” of the SR-wine is made of Plexiglas. They can go in a normal dishwasher, however over time, the detergent may affect the color.
SR-standard can hold 4 plates heated up to 90°C / 194°F.
Can the SR products also be engraved?
A logo can be put on both products. The minimum order quantity is 300 pieces. Please contact us for further information.
Can we receive the SR products in different colors?
The standard colors are transparent, black and while. But any other PAL color is possible. The minimum order quantity is 100 colored based on a 300 total order. Please contact us for further information.
ICE BAG:
What is the Ice bag® made of?
The Ice bag® comes from a long development process and is made of recyclable PVC.
What maximum load can a SR product hold?
We recommend a max weight of 6 kg / 14 lbs.
Can we add a logo on the Ice bag?
Yes, all Ice bags can be printed with your (company) logo or name, or the name of an event (max. 2 colors). Minimum quantity is 120 pieces. Please contact us for further information.
BILL’S WATCHES:
What are the characteristics of the Bill's watches?
The clocks are waterproof and can be immersed in water. This allows thus hand washing, showering and swimming without worrying about the tightness of the watch:
- Classic: 3 ATM
- Tube & Addict: 5 ATM
- Attitude: 10 ATM
The bracelets are of high quality silicone, nylon or leather; anti-allergic.
Clock & battery:
- Classic and Tube have a Japanese clock and a lithium-ion battery.
- Attitude has a Swiss clock and a Renata battery.
What does ATM mean?
ATM stands for the water resistance of a watch:
- 3 ATM/30 meters/9,8 FT: resistant against rain and splashing water.
- 5 ATM/50 meters/16,4 FT: resistant for showering or swimming on the surface of the water.
- 10 ATM/100 meters/32,8 FT: resistant for most forms of watersports such as snorkeling.
How should I maintain my Bill's watches?
Wash the exterior of the watch with soft soap and water. Rinse the watch with water. Dry with a soft cloth.
Can I replace the Bill's battery?
Yes, most of the jewelers can replace the battery of your Bill's watch.
- The Bill's Classic and Tube watches are equipped with a lithium-ion battery with a shelf life ranging from one to two years.
- The Bill’s Attitude watches are equipped with a Renata battery with a shelf life of approx. 3 years.
Do Bill's watches have a warranty?
Yes, all our watches are guaranteed depending on the model:
- Classic: 1 year
- Tube & Addict: 2 years
- Attitude: 2 years
What is excluded from the Bill's warranty?
The batteries, the glass and the bracelets.
Damage by accidents, wrongful use or carelessness.
Interventions by unauthorized third parties.
THE MAGIC HEAT PACK:
What should I know about the Magic Heat Pack Classic?
Never heat the Magic Heat Pack up in a microwave or oven.
Protect your skin against the heat with a (linen) cloth or cover.
Should a leak occur, rinse your skin and clothing abundantly with water.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Contains sodium acetate tri hydrated (CH36COONa. 3H2O).
The Magic Heat Pack is not a toy.
What should I know about the Magic Heat Pack Electric?
Electricity voltage: 220-240 V. Frequency: 50 Hz – Use: 600 watts.
Never use the Magic Heat Pack during charging; always first disconnect.
Do not put on a surface where damage can be caused by the heat.
Never charge the Magic Heat Pack in a damp or wet space that is not suitable for electrical equipment.
Do not wash in water. Cleaning can only be done with a dry or slightly damp cloth if necessary.
This Magic Heat Pack is not intended for people who are numb to heat.
Do not disconnect the Magic Heat Pack by pulling hard on the wire.
Do not use the Magic Heat Pack if it leaks or is damaged.
Use only with the electrical voltage and frequency as indicated.
Do not charge or use the Magic Heat Pack with wet hands.
The Magic Heat Pack is an electrical appliance that can reach a very high temperature. It should therefore only be used as such by adults and with the greatest care.
The Magic Heat Pack should never be heated in a microwave or oven.
